RV Repair Palm City provides mobile RV repair and maintenance services throughout Martin County, Florida, including Palm City, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Port Salerno, Indiantown, Hobe Sound, Rio, Hutchinson Island, Sewalls Point, and Jupiter Island. Our services include:
We do not perform engine, transmission, drivetrain, or chassis repairs. We do not perform internal generator rebuilds or major generator repairs. Our scope of work is limited to the living-space systems of recreational vehicles.
Service appointments can be scheduled by calling 772-271-5270 or through our website contact form. When scheduling, please provide accurate information about your RV, its location, and the nature of the problem to help us prepare the right tools and parts.
We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. However, service times may vary based on weather, traffic, and the complexity of prior appointments. We will notify you as soon as possible if there is a delay.
Cancellation Policy: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service call fee to cover the cost of the reserved time and travel.
Access Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to your RV at the scheduled appointment time. The RV must be accessible for our technician to perform the work. If we arrive and cannot access the RV or the work area, a service call fee may apply.
We charge a service call fee for every visit, which covers travel to your location and the initial diagnostic inspection. The service call fee amount depends on your location within our service area.
After diagnosing the issue, we will provide you with a written or verbal estimate for the repair, including parts and labor costs. Repair work will not begin until you approve the estimate. If you decline the repair, only the service call fee applies.
Estimates are based on our initial assessment. In some cases, additional issues may be discovered during the repair process. If the cost is expected to exceed the original estimate, we will notify you and obtain your approval before continuing.
Parts are billed at a fair markup above our cost. Labor is billed for actual time worked. We do not round up labor hours or pad invoices.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the following payment methods:
If payment is not received at the time of service, we reserve the right to pursue collection through appropriate legal channels. Any costs associated with collecting overdue payments, including attorney fees and court costs, will be the responsibility of the customer.
We stand behind the quality of our work. All repairs performed by RV Repair Palm City include a workmanship warranty. The specific warranty period and terms depend on the type of repair performed and will be communicated to you at the time of service.
Installed parts carry their respective manufacturer warranties. We will provide part numbers and manufacturer information upon request so you can verify warranty coverage independently.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or damage to other property.
We carry appropriate business insurance, including general liability coverage. However, RV owners are responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage on their recreational vehicles.
We perform repairs based on the specific issues identified during diagnosis. We are not responsible for unrelated systems or components that may fail independently. Our diagnostic inspections cover the reported problem and immediately related systems, not a comprehensive inspection of the entire RV.
